The handle is cranked forwards to ensure this protrudes far enough from the window for ease of use. This item is designed for use with the left hand. Our black finish is baked in a high-temperature oven giving it a durable corrosion resistant finish. It is resistant to moisture and can be used in bathrooms and damp conditions. This finish has been salt tested to 480 hours, which meets grade 5 British Standard. Wiping with a lightly oiled cloth from time to time will remove harmful deposits and maintain its original condition.
