DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each product listed on our website will state approximate dispatch times and are shown as working days. Due to the huge range of products we offer we cannot stock every product listed. All products that are held in stock are dispatched either the same day if you place your order before 2pm or the following day if placed after this time.

All orders will be held until complete and dispatched together in one consignment. The dispatch date will be determined by the product with the longest delivery schedule. If you require a particular item urgently you may prefer to place separate orders.

Although most of our parcels sent via courier are delivered next working day - please note that once the parcel leaves us it is in the hands of our couriers and cannot be guaranteed as they are not under our control!

If Royal Mail is chosen as your delivery method, deliveries usually arrive within 3 working days of being sent. Stronghold Direct adhere to the Royal Mail lost in post policy and will not issue refunds or send any replacements free of charge until your item is considered lost under this policy. We do not recommend this service if items are required urgently.

Key cutting and lock building. Generally we will cut and ship key orders the same day but please allow an additional 1-2 working days for this service. For lock building / keying alike / master keying please allow an additional 2-4 working days, again we do try to ship faster.

If for some reason you are unable to take delivery, the courier will attempt delivery with a neighbour unless otherwise specified and acknowledged in writing. If the delivery cannot be taken, Stronghold Direct is also entitled to consider the order cancelled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing we may re-deliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee (we will always try to be fair and reasonable, however we cannot keep paying our couriers for a re-delivery service).

Stronghold Direct cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in respect to tradesmen / labourers due to faulty items, incorrect goods received or late deliveries. We appreciate this can be a problem and advise that orders are opened on the day of receipt. Allowing time for them to be tested and confirming they are as required prior to arranging the installation of any goods.

*Kerbside drop off only - Pallet drop off to a kerbside location only ‐ access permitting ‐ Mainland UK only Drop off delivery price is Mon‐Fri during normal working hours. Customer will not receive prior notification of the delivery date or time. Drop off delivery price is on a tail lift vehicle and it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit from kerbside into their premises .Drop off delivery does not include positioning the unit inside a garage, house or any other premises

ACRO adhere to the Royal Mail lost in post policy and will not send any replacements free of charge until your item is considered lost under this policy.
